Teen Adventures: Pushing the envelope on age
We all like to read and hear about teen adventures. But what is more amazing is that teenagers seem to be pushing the envelope further and further each year. There seems to be nothing that can hold these teenagers back as they want to do things that had baffled older people almost double their age. Take for example Jordan Romero who wants to conquer the Everest. Nothing wrong with that, as there are so many people who routinely want to conquer the Everest every year. It’s just that Jordan is just 13 years of age and this raises questions as to what is the right age at which people can start taking part in such adventures and expeditions.
There are many things that seem to be going for Jordan. He is well trained and has the guts and the grit to take a good shot at the majestic Mount Everest. But whatever the case, it is rather strange for someone sp young to attempt to scale the highest mountain on the earth. No matter how well you are prepared, it just doesn’t seem okay to be trying to attempt such things much earlier than the right age for it. Maybe I am old fashioned, but I’m sure I am not the only one who thinks this way.
